TLO Twitch Chat is a desktop application that transforms your Twitch chat into a highly customizable and easy-to-use overlay, designed for seamless integration with OBS.

No CSS knowledge required — users can fully personalize their chat’s appearance through intuitive menus. You can adjust the size of usernames, messages, emotes, and even display user profile pictures next to each message.

Visual customization options include:

• Message backgrounds with solid colors, gradients, or images

• Fully configurable borders: thickness, color, rounded corners

The application runs locally and exposes the chat through a URL you can add as a browser source in OBS. It also includes a real-time logging system to keep track of the app’s status and actions.
